TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your purchase (or a purchase made on your behalf) and use of products and services (“Programs”) offered by HolaMaven, including but not limited to courses, workshops, tutoring, and online resources, are subject to these terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). Please read these terms carefully as this Agreement is a binding contract between you and HolaMaven. The content and the opinions expressed on www.holamaven.com belong solely to the employees and users of www.holamaven.com.
REFUNDS & PAYMENTS
All payments made to HolaMaven are non-refundable*. Due to the proprietary nature of our materials, our limited class size, the scheduling/booking costs of our instructors, and our own administrative costs, we are not able to provide refunds to students for any reason. This applies both to deposits and any other payments for all courses, private tutoring, workshops, product sales, and all other purchases. Please note that refunds are not issued for missed class sessions, course withdrawals, or unused private tutoring hours. If you are enrolled in a Complete Course and have an outstanding balance after the first class session, the balance will be automatically charged on the following business day, and this charge will also be non-refundable.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
You will be responsible for meeting and maintaining the minimum technical requirements for your selected purchase in order to access certain features of your program. Please visit www.holamaven.com to understand the specific requirements for your program.
CODE OF CONDUCT
HolaMaven reserves the right to remove any student from any Program for:
- Serious and/or repeated disruptions to the learning environment (i.e. use of profanity, cell phone use in classrooms, etc.
- Deliberate destruction, misuse, or theft of property of Holamaven or of its students, staff and visitors
- Abusive, harassing, threatening or violent conduct, as determined by HolaMaven;
- Failure to comply with federal copyright and criminal laws forbidding the misappropriation, copying, or alteration of copyright-protected materials and
- Other serious misconduct that in HolaMaven’s estimation warrants a student’s removal from a Program.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HOLAMAVEN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE PROGRAMS, CONTENT AND INSTRUCTORS. HOLAMAVEN MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO SCORES ON STANDARDIZED TESTS OR ADMISSION TO ACADEMIC PROGRAMS OR INSTITUTIONS
PRIVACY POLICY
Information We Collect: We collect information (Personal Data) that you provide to us through the registration process, which includes but not limited to your name, date of birth, postal address, e-mail address, educational background, educational goals and interests. We collect Personal Data from students who enroll in our courses or workshops, use our online resources, work with a private tutor, and/or send us feedback. We may also collect Personal Data from our business partners.
Use of Your Personal Data: We may use your Personal Data in the following ways:
- To fulfill your requests for products and services, such as enrolling you in a course, delivering educational content, or responding to a specific inquiry;
- To customize your learning experience to you;
- To promote and market product and services offered by HolaMaven
- To administer, support, improve and develop our business; and
- To send you information about HolaMaven products or services.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data: We do not share your Personal Data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may disclose your Personal Data in response to legal process, to protect our rights, as otherwise required by law, or for the prevention or detection of a crime. If we sell our company or part of it, or our business enters into a joint venture with another business entity, we may disclose your Personal Data to our new business partners or owners who may then provide you with information about their products and services. HolaMaven may disclose anonymous data with third parties.
Your Personal Data will be held in India. Your Personal Data may also be stored, processed and accessed in other countries where HolaMaven has facilities or where you are located. You consent to the transfer of your Personal Data outside your country, including to India.
Security and Information Retention: We employ security measures to protect your information both online and offline from access by unauthorized persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. The personal data we obtain from students allows HolaMaven to deliver smarter, more efficient and more effective instruction.
ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Any and all disputes arising from or related to this Agreement, other than disputes relating to intellectual property infringement, including whether the dispute is arbitrable and the scope of this arbitration agreement, shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by a single arbitrator under the then-applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitration shall be governed by and construed by federal law to the fullest extent possible. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the arbitration shall take place in the largest city within 100 miles of your permanent residence. Judgment on the arbitral award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. To the maximum extent permitted by law, should you wish to initiate a legal action against HolaMaven, you waive any right or ability to be a class or collective action representative or to otherwise participate in any putative or certified class, collective or multi-party action or proceeding based on such a claim in which HolaMaven or a related entity is a party. The same applies to HolaMaven’s legal actions against you. Thus, you and HolaMaven agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class. Further, unless both you and HolaMaven agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over a representative or class proceeding.
MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, if any, between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. The Agreement cannot be changed or modified orally. Any change or modification must be in writing and agreed to by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be construed by limiting it to make it enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
CLASS SCHEDULE AND LOCATION CHANGES
Class schedules and locations are subject to change and/or cancellation. HolaMaven will notify you of any changes or cancellations. If an alternative HolaMaven Program does not meet your needs, HolaMaven will provide a full refund.
COURSE POLICIES
Course Changes:
If you are enrolled in a course that has not yet begun and has not sold out, you may switch into another course with no penalty by contacting Student Services at least 72 hours prior to the start of the class you are currently enrolled in. If your course has already begun or has sold out, you can switch into another upcoming course by paying a switch fee; contact Student Services for details.
Retaking a Complete Course:
If you have completed a course with HolaMaven, you may enroll in a second course for a significantly reduced re-take fee. To take advantage of this option, contact Student Services at [email protected].

This privacy policy explains how HolaMaven uses, shares and protects personal information that we collect, including on holamaven.com (“Site”). By visiting the Site or purchasing, enrolling in or using our products, services, workshops and events (collectively, “Programs”), you agree to this Privacy Policy, as it may be amended from time to time. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Terms and Conditions. Site is intended for Indian residents.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, including personally identifying information such as your name, postal address, e-mail address, SMS or text message address, phone number, educational background, and credit card information (“Personal Data”). We collect Personal Data from you in various ways, including when you visit the Site, create an account with us, purchase, enroll in and use our Programs, use our Apps, answer surveys, participate in our social media communities, such as on Facebook etc. , and when you send us feedback.
When you log-on to our websites or to our App(s), we automatically receive information from your device, including your IP address and location. MOBILE DEVICES, PHONE CALLS & SMS: If you provide HolaMaven with a telephone number, such as when you purchase, enroll in or use a HolaMaven Program, you agree that HolaMaven may contact you by telephone and/or text message utilizing automated technology at such telephone number(s). You understand that this consent is not required to purchase goods or services from HolaMaven.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA: We do not share your Personal Data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may disclose your Personal Data in response to legal process, to protect our rights, as otherwise required by law, or for the prevention or detection of a crime. We may share your Personal Data with trusted third parties who are delivering services to HolaMaven, including those who help deliver our Programs, help us process transactions, such as charging your credit card when you make purchases, and otherwise help us operate our business. These third parties are not authorized by us to use your Personal Data except in connection with providing services to us. HolaMaven may disclose anonymous data with third parties. We may also share your information with third parties that you have specifically designated as authorized to receive information from us.
If payment for your Program was made by a third party or if you are a student or prospective student of an institution that contracted with HolaMaven to provide you with the Program, that third party or institution may request access to your data. For example, if HolaMaven provides You access to a Program in your capacity as a student of a school that has contracted with HolaMaven, then HolaMaven may share your personal data with your school, even if you paid for the Program in whole or in part yourself.
If we sell our company or part of it, or our business enters into a joint venture with another business entity, we may disclose your Personal Data to our new business partners or owners who may then provide you with information about their products and services.
